A Shelton officer who pulled over a driver for traffic violations this week ended up arresting an armed felon in possession of methamphetamine, police say.Shelton Police Department/contributed SHELTON — An officer who pulled over a driver for traffic violations this week ended up arresting an armed felon in possession of methamphetamine, police said. Matthew Seno, 29, of Shelton, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, possession of weapons in vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and motor vehicle violations, Shelton Police Detective Richard Bango said.
